A total of 114 liner services worldwide ensure fast and reliable connections between more than 600 ports across the world. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has stakes in 20 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India, and North Africa. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.
The Manager (m/f/d) ITSM Process Governance plays a key role in shaping and overseeing the service management landscape, ensuring the efficient, consistent, and high-quality delivery of IT and business services.
This role demands a strong customer-centric mindset, combined with in-depth expertise in ITIL frameworks and modern service management methodologies.
- Design and implement a comprehensive service management strategy aimed at enhancing service quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
- Manage and continuously optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in alignment with industry best practices, particularly ITIL v3 and ITIL 4
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and drive ongoing service improvements
- Promote automation and innovation within service management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
